How fast does Orgovyx work to reduce PSA?

While you have a 3+4 the non-focal EPE Is a serious problem. It would almost be mandatory to be on ADT with this. I am sure your doctor will talk to you about it.

Non-focal extraprostatic extension (EPE) in prostate cancer means cancer has spread extensively beyond the prostate capsule into surrounding fatty tissue, typically covering more than one or two microscopic sections (often defined as >1 high-power field). It signifies a more aggressive tumor, higher risk of biochemical recurrence (BCR), and poorer outcomes than focal EPE.

At this point, I would want to ask the doctor were the margins clear. I don’t suppose they are because EPE says it has spread extensively beyond the prostate. You need to speak to the doctor about recommendations for the near future.

@jeffmarc ok. I think that’s what the Orgovyx is? ADT? I am to start 39 weeks of radiation next and then another pill (?) on top of Orgovyx. Thanks for the info, I have more knowledge to inquire with them.
