@kathyjjb Thanks for your suggestions. My dentist who I just saw yesterday to check my teeth said I had more plaque than normal for me. He suggested brushing harder where the plaque is (e.g., bottom front teeth) and also to rinse my mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Keeping an eye on this until my next dental cleaning in September.
On a related note, the pharmacist where I order my Brinsupri suggested taking blood pressure medication to counter the increased blood pressure. I don't want to be taking additional medications (which may have side effects) to offset bad side effects of the first medication (Brinsupri). I rarely even take Tylenol, and now I'm taking Brinsupri and Nexlizet (for cholesterol), which both have their own set of side effects - when I used to (and prefer to) practice a holistic approach to healthcare.

@phoenixrises Hi Denise, Thanks for letting me know his suggestions. My dentist appointment is in a few months but will move it up if needed. My blood pressure is a bit lower than normal, so if it just goes up a little, I'm okay. I feel the same as you, I rarely take Tylenol. I do take supplements. Early last year, I went to an Eastern Medicine Clinic in Scottsdale for an herbal consult and was recommended to take SOL liver and GOGO supplements. The doctor there told me for what I had, I would need acupuncture every day for what I had (Bronchiectasis and NTM with fatigue), he suggested I start with 4 of each, 2/daily and taper off once I got my energy back. Can't take the GOGO later than 12 or 1:00 PM or won't sleep well. They really helped. I stopped taking late summer and due to fatigue started back up last week and already starting to feel better. I also started listening to youtube videos posted by Reiki masters. I google Reiki Healing youtube. Or reiki masters healing youtube. Took a while to find the right one for me to listen to a few times per week. I'm also a fan of Louise Hay on positive affirmations. Kathy
