@wil24 Have you tried trigger point injections in your neck to help with the headaches? Or possibly epidurals? I also recently started with some type of sonic wave treatment to see how that works for me.

@katcollins I have done injections for C-spine and L-spine and Si Joints. I have also done Dry needling, PT every year, and faithfully follow at home otherwise can't function at work. Which always was helping, then all of the sudden this year i couldnt even get further with pT, they did not want to continue due to causing more pain, or possibly something more major was happening. Acupuncture lasted 1wk, Massage therapy, 4days, lasted, which is uncovered by insurance and out of work now so cant afford. Sonic wave treatment my other chiro/pain doc tried and I had relief for 2days. Understanding everyone is different, with all procedures. I am waiting on getting scheduled w/ Mayo Again at this time, cant come soon enough. Thanks for replying. Hope all goes well with you.
