Ha ha, yes and word "natural" on many products *eyeroll
Arsenic is natural as well as cyanide. I also hate, hate products that claim that they are sugar free and than when you read the label it contains alcohol sugars (xylitol, erythritol, sorbitol, and maltitol etc.). Yes, they have low glycemic index but they can effect sugar levels (particularly maltilol) and not to mention have bad effects on digestion and gut flora in general. IMHO those claims should be forbidden !
Than how about "natural colors" or "natural flavors" - give me a break : / !!! They require heavy processing with solvents to be in a form that can be used for manufacturing - anybody in a mood for some solvent infused vitamin ? Spoiler alert - allllll brands contain fillers, colors, preservatives and gummy type of course bunch of other trash.
Honestly, it is a miracle that we all do not have 10 cancers by the age of 30 when we take into account of what is in our food, water, air, fabrics , etc. !
PS: If anybody knows of multivitamin with no fillers like "modified corn starch" and similar and no "color No. #" and no added "flavor" - please let me know ; ) Since all of those are in minuscule amount in one pill they really have no potential to do ANY harm - it is just that they are absolutely unnecessary and not healthy additions and than for that reason "whyyyyy" ???? XP
@surftohealth88 Check out Life Extension multi (no fillers) plus their other products. This is where I buy all my supplements. You can also order blood tests for a fee and have blood draw at a local facility. Results sent directly to you not doctor. Of course if you have your own doctor order tests insurance covers it.
