@krits Interesting to hear about your baseball. I've had my facial pain for 11 + years. I had noticed sleeping on my fist was a help and then i made a wooden object to take the place of my fist, so that now acts as my teddy bear at night. Another home remedy is a piece of wood - a stick - about 30 " long which, while sitting i can prop it up between my thigh and places around my face to get pressure relief. This way i have 2 free hands to hold my book and read. Finally, i get much relief from wearing a sweat band on my forehead which i wear about 23 X 7 and it helps greatly with the pain. Hope these ideas give some of you some relief. If i find a cure, i'll let you know.

@wbc Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I will mcgyver something for my face pressure points. Do you put any kind of padding on the stick for your face ? Not scared of slivers ? Lol...maybe some duct tape ? Look at us being a couple of inventors 😉
