There is no such thing as Gleason 2. They might’ve said it was grade group 2, which is a Gleason 3+4.
As far as paragraph two goes, You should have a copy of your biopsy report read through it and look for those words in it. It’s that simple.
You say biopsy but also say they removed lymph nodes. That can only be done during surgery not during a biopsy. Did you have prostate cancer surgery?
If 11 of the biopsy cores Were positive what was the Gleason score on each one of those?. You should have a copy of the biopsy report you can look at it and find out the answer.

@jeffmarc yeah, June 9 biopsies, were either Gleason Grade 3+3=6/10 (Grade Group 1) or Gleason Grade 3+4=7/10 (Grade Group 2 or four were negative.
Not sure where the disconnect is but I was responding to the question about how soon the PSA would go down. They told me it would be good to “talk” to people, I’m not so sure now.

@jeffmarc i will go back and look at whatever I have. I am a bit overwhelmed with info. If you looked back to my first post, I had a prostatectomy August 12. You know that means the prostate as removed. That was after the biopsies.
