Good suggestions with no apparent downside.
I've used One-A-Day multi's for years but with all my immediate, male ancestors having PC my turn came in 2021.

As noted there, my osteo-doctor is a big fan of vitamins C and D3 which I've been taking at a dose around 5,000 IU per day since 12/26. He says you can't overdose on these.
Their long term results for both osteoporosis and PC are in the distant future but I will switch to Centrum Silver given it's possibilities.

@grandpun Funny how different we are. I took Vit C 2000mg day for about 20years. I take 3000iu of D3. I have always been susceptible to kidney stones. The last one in 2021 was a 9mm I had to have removed. Mayo did the workup and it was a calcium oxalate stone. Dr told me that excess Vit C can cause oxalate buildup. He recommended stopping the Vit C. I have not had any stones since.
