@chas123 From my experience I agree with your plan to ask about vasovagal syncope and to consult a gastroenterologist. My milder fainting episodes were about five years ago which resulted a vasovagal syncope diagnosis, my going on proton inhibitors and all seemed okay. Then after a severe bout of GI symptoms last year I consulted a gastroenterologist, stopped the PIs and (after scans and tests) and was diagnosed with mild pancreatic endocrine insufficiency. Your comment about poor digestion may be a clue. My GI symptoms have not recurred.

@kfgoss .thank you so much for your information. It's really appreciated .hopefully I should have a appointment within the next week or so.ive had a few different problems over the past years. So another problem makes life harder again.but I'll keep smiling and just see how it goes.so thank you again .charlie
