@rashida hi Rashida going on what I have been reading on here now.it could well be.i have never feinted before so I didn't connect it. I have asked doctors here and they honestly did not seem interested. So I will now wait and see the gastric doctor and see what he says. Because it is getting worse

@chas123 let us know what the gastroenterologist says.

@chas123 From my experience I agree with your plan to ask about vasovagal syncope and to consult a gastroenterologist. My milder fainting episodes were about five years ago which resulted a vasovagal syncope diagnosis, my going on proton inhibitors and all seemed okay. Then after a severe bout of GI symptoms last year I consulted a gastroenterologist, stopped the PIs and (after scans and tests) and was diagnosed with mild pancreatic endocrine insufficiency. Your comment about poor digestion may be a clue. My GI symptoms have not recurred.

@chas123 - how are you doing? Are you continuing to feel sick in the morning and get food stuck in your throat? Do you have an appointment upcoming with the gastric doctor?
