Ok. Oh yes. True!

I was hoping to locate a vibration plate recommendation from someone using one who also has osteoporosis. I feel some of those that say use this or do that, what they say may be risky or too intense for the condition I or many of us have. Obviously there’s not any one thing that fixes these bone density conditions, but I also hope to make the best informed choices based on safety & helpfulness. If this makes sense?
