I have the same issue too and I have been using prednisone 5 mg daily and seem to help me. I also use Alcura pain & repair lotion.

@nattayaleuenberger Right now, I don't think that my issue is related to inflammation, so theoretically prednisone wouldn't help me. Thanks for the reply though!
