I just started BioDensity training sessions which includes 4 specific exercises on the BioDensity machine and then exercises on a Power Plate vibration plate. I am also doing some exercises at home. I’m hoping to improve or at least stabilize bone loss with this program. I’m told by the trainer to give this program two years. I’m very hesitant to start any prescription medications.

Welcome. What is your dexa score? How will you track any changes if you make that 2 year commitment? Has there been research done and if so, can you post the links thanks.

@queenie1pam—I'm curious if you would share what the four specific exercises are. I have a vibration plate, and I just stand on it.

My wife and I are also doing the biodensity machine and vibration plate. May I ask how long your individual vibration plate sessions last for?

Hi, @queenie1pam, I'd like to add my welcome to @gravity3's who brings up a good question about how you track your results. Exercise and diet changes have been shown to help with the management of Osteoporosis:

Two years can be a long time to put off medication depending on your diagnosis. Have you discussed this recommendation with your provider?
