I am one month removed from having a double mastectomy and my stomach is huge, any suggestions on how to reduce the size of my stomach. I have tried the regular stuff but it seems to be getting worse

Oh my. Do you contact your medical group regularly? I had access to an online portal and i would send them pictures. That is not normal and needs to be checked out. I had fluid that built up behind my breast. I had 2 aspirations to remove the fluid.
