@parul9188, to know that you have a nodule and that the recommend treatment is watchful waiting can be agonizing. It feels like you're waiting around with a ticking time bomb and losing time to diffuse it. I get it.
That's one of the reasons I prefer the term Active Surveillance over Watchful Waiting. I know it's just an exchange of words, but active surveillance implies that you are doing something.

What testing have you had done? Was the nodule determined to be cancerous or benign?
