Tough times.so sorry.I get strong adrenalin surges when I wake anytime. They almost hurt.I do strong deep breaths to stop them.Its not like what is often called "butterflies" from nerves it's so much stronger right to your finger tips. Worst when going through a lot of stress,and I have for over five years.
