I dreamt that I built a fire in the fireplace and didn’t open the damper. Smoke was pouring out into the living room. I woke up and could still see the smoke coming out of my bedroom wall. I turned on the light and it slowly went away, so I can relate. Very vivid, indeed. Regards, Ashley

Like I say, I feel safe here talking about these experiences In hopes that others may relate and I relate to them.
Your description is exactly how my process happens.
And for that I am grateful; knowing that I’m not alone.
I’m sorry that you have to experience what you do in order to offer comfort to me through your story.
