@tprewitt67 its nice that they caught it in time and i wish you nothing but good will and strength to recover. well i am going to guess you will go through PT in the hospital and advise from many staff members. i needed to have my shower modified with handles and slip resistant stickers , a chair to sit on and different shower head with line to reach my chair, i had many balance issues and had a caregiver help me so i didn't fall or injure what was already damaged. patience with your progress. takes longer that a lot of other surgery's you would be doing healing different pace. im sure that you will have many people here that can help you with lists of things. we all have suggestions. because of my age and family help caregiving me those first months meant a lot.
