I assume your I.D. is not literally 😍

I think I may have responded to your message before but was not sure. I was diagnosed with heart failure all the way back to 2000. Been through a lot but still kicking 26 years later. I am on a ICD/Pacemaker so I am on additional medicates for that. My heart failure doctor does not have me on either of your medications.

Are you under the care of a heart failure specialist. They specialize in heart failure. They will look for newest and greatness medications. For my heart failure medications. My Mayo HF specialist put me on Entresto and Carvedilol (Coreg) which are per him the latest and most effective for heart failure. I take some others to contribute to that treatment Jardiance and Eplerone (spell on that one). The Jardiance and Eplerone are to help reshape the heart. The Carvedilol (spell) and Entresto are to maintain heart function.

My EF ejection fraction has stayed the same for last 10 years. I am quite active. Do you have access to A.I.? You can type in those medications and get a pretty good research on them for you. I use Microsoft Co-Pilot and really like it as when they do respond they will list were the information came from.

WEB MC is also another site you can type in a medication and get information on it.

Do you have access to a heart failure specialist? Not saying your present doctor is not excellent it is just that there are special cardiologist out there who treat heart failure. I was told takes another year of training to be certified.

No that is my real user name. I owned a ad agency for many years. So that’s where adman came from. I was 55 when I took the user name. I am now 75 and was diagnosed in 2018.
