@aprilradek Thanks so much. I forgot about Reiki. I had a friend who had great success with her back. I still can’t wear a bra. My ribs are very misshapen on the left, and my spine has curved because I have been leaning to help ease the pain. I think I said I had lower left but it was upper.

Hi there- I am also finishing up PT for my shoulder and other muscles that were cut for the surgery. Everything gets messed up as we use our bodies in different ways- Like you leaning over to ease the pain. I was relying more on my right side, and the left side got very weak.
Have you had PT? april
