@vostie yes. I never had problem with gluten. Now that is another thing I can’t eat. But , Sour dough bread is fine, no problem. With that. Also, very healthy is a bread called Ezekiel . It does have gluten, but it does not have any flour and is delicious toated. If I’m too lazy, I eat it without toasting
