@rashida Hello, thank you for the information. I am going to try Methotrexate. Can you tell me if it was 2.5mg and 8 tablets once a week at the same time. Also, what did the folic acid do and how many mg a day of the folic did you take? Thank you so much. We all have to stick together and help each other find help for this cruel disease-

@kidobutai yes, eight 2.5mg. tablets of Methotrexate taken together, one day a week, then one Folic Acid (I think 5mg. - your doctor would know) once a day for the next six days. It is very important to take the Folic Acid when on Methotrexate. I am not sure what the Folic Acid does, but your doctor or pharmacist would know.

Be aware that while Methotrexate with Folic Acid worked for me, it may not, with you as everyone’s body reacts differently to any medication. You won’t see results until six or eight weeks after starting on this medication.
