Can I ask you what is severe osteoporosis? What are your t scores. I just found out I have osteoporosis at -4 in spine and -3.6 in hip. I am new to this site and info about osteoporosis

Glad you are here. Lots to learn about osteoporosis and the variety of ways that people are approaching care. Are you working with an endocrinologist? What are the suggestions for treatment are you considering?

@mmjhinger8 It's indeed scary to first learn about osteoporosis. I just came into the field last December.
One of the best things I can offer you is that there are tons of people on this site and on other sites who've reversed osteoporosis naturally: food, supplements, exercise and BHRT.
It's worth taking your time looking into all your options.
You will be fine! We all will.
