@bob1955 The following 2026 article says that SBRT is superior to HDR brachy. Now, I am confused. I always believed that brachy was the best form of radiation. Or was that only applicable to LDR brachy. Search JAMA article with title below.

@paddyboy777 Depends, I think on your particular disease (Gleason score, PSA) and your IPSS
(urinary function scores) which treatment might be more appropriate. Also convenience
(number of sessions) is a consideration
