@bgm1157 The hyperbaric oxygen therapy was definitely on the table back in 2023 when I was struggling with this, but fortunately, changes in diet, together with a Myrbetriq prescription (to reduce urinary urgency), got things under control in about 6 months, and we didn't have to escalate.
I still experience some discomfort, but it's something I'm prepared just to live with for now. If it ever flares up again to the point that I'm getting up ever 20 minutes at night to go to the bathroom and/or experiencing hematuria (peeing blood), I will revisit.

p.s. The temporary dietary changes that worked for me were reducing caffeine intake to 1 cup of tea/day and avoiding carbonated beverages, alcohol, and spicy foods as much as possible. My diet is pretty-much back to normal now, except that carbonated beverages still irritate me a bit.
