Hi, @mfouad If I understand you correctly you did not get any relief of chest pain when you had a stent placed in your right coronary artery 7 years ago. This has to be frustrating to deal with.

You mention seeing a number of cardiologists all telling you your chest pain is related to anxiety. There is a lot going on in the chest/abdominal areas that is not cardiovascular so I imagine it the pain could be related to something else.

From my own experience, I hit a circulation crisis a few years ago and my care team has been wonderful to help me by first making sure my heart is protected then addressing one symptom at a time. My primary care doctor is currently helping me work through what is attributed to cardiovascular, GI, anxiety and fibromyalgia. I continually make small strides to help myself in each area.

I guess I tell you my experience to encourage you to keep pushing for answers (maybe not heart) while at the same time doing what you can to continually improve your diet, activity and stress. I don’t think there is a magic pill or easy button.

Do you have a primary care doctor helping you, and have non-cardiac problems been ruled out? Do you notice times that you feel particular better or worse, or things happening impacting your pain?

Hello, i would like to say that there is no terms for my chest pain , i am feeling it at rest , i did Tmt ,echo.,ecg, troponin and repeat it over and over , all results were normal .
Some cardiologists suggested that it could be because of narrowing in tiny vessels ,others said that it could be because of chest muscles and most of them said that anxiety is reason and prescribed relaxation drugs 😂 cause it is not logic for them to have a cardiac chest pain for seven years specially all tests are negative

Anyway, i used to live with it i am 49 yo
