It sounds like she and you have been very thorough. It's frustrating to go through all that testing and still have no answers.
Has she already seen a dietician and perhaps tried an elimination diet? Has she seen an allergist?

@susanf8 correction from my post. Possible absorption problems from small intestine, not small ‘’ingestion’’ !
