@tuckerp i have been diagnosed with PMR…March 2025.
Diagnosis by Emergency room doctor, GP, and 2 Rheumatologists.
Since diagnosis, I now know of 5 friends diagnosed with PMR.
Interestingly, we all lived in the same community during winter months.
We have all been exposed to the same environment over extended periods of time…7-10 years in Coachella Valley, California.
We are all outdoor, physically active people.
My question is:
Can exposure to airbourne pesticides be a trigger for autoimmune disease..PMR..in combination with a person’s genetic make up?
Has that connection to pesticide exposure ever been researched as a trigger for PMR?
