Hi
I am 2 yrs post treatment this April.
I am feeling better my energy is getting better but the day after I workout I am so wiped out and feel crappy. Is anyone else have this happen 2 yrs out.

Yes, it always felt that after my lumpectomy, the surgeon also removed a third gear. Always tired after an activity.
But I’ve talked to friends who did NOT have cancer who are 65+ and older who have slowed down and lost some pep.
I always wonder if it’s the cancer recovery or just old age.
