If you read previous messages in this one question, you will see that hyperbaric treatment can help your situation.

You could also speak to a palliative care doctor about how to resolve your problem.

@jlemas54, that sounds very uncomfortable. I agree with @jeffmarc that you may wish to start by consulting with a palliative care physician or GI specialist to find out what treatment or approaches might help with your bowel movements and make you more comfortable.

Have you seen a GI specialists about this issue?

@jlemas54, yes. You may be having a problem with strictures or scar tissue reducing the circumference of the colon in the targeted area of the former tumor.
Peristalsis depends upon specialized cells ICCs (Interstitial cells of Caja). Tumors often arise in those cells, so their destruction may be by the tumor, or the radiation. These cells cannot reinitiate peristalsis but operate to continue the motion. GI cancer patients often have difficulty continuing the movement of a bolus.
The burning sounds more as if the troubling damage may be remediated by HBOT.
You might want a colonoscopy to determine what is causing the difficulty. Anyway you'd need a colonoscopy to obtain insurance coverage for the treatment.
Best wishes.
