There's a whole world of non-intercourse intimate contact / massage / etc. that can be very pleasurable for you and your partner. It takes some exploration and communication. Also, don't expect it to be the same but look for ways that are pleasant for you and your romantic partner. And yes, ADT did open my eyes to being more empathetic, sensitive (crying after watching a tear-jerking movie etc.), reactions to misogyny (I change the channel when I hear certain songs being played that didn't bother me in the same way before ADT) and physical changes to my chest!
