You’re going to be fine. You know now. I suddenly dissected in 2015 on a business trip 1600 miles from home. That’s a nightmare. You know what’s wrong and plan for a fix. That’s a gift. No planking, lifting, grunting or spiking your BP. Make friends with the best cardiothoracic surgeon you can in a high volume aorta care hospital. You can do this. I did and I found out when I hit the ground. That’s not what you’re facing. You know and you can make a really good plan for surgery. You’ve got this. Peace.
