@oopsiedaisy That's so interesting that you did it doing something like that while lifting weights just fine! Something similar happened to me. My latest DEXA showed a decrease from -3.0 in spine 3 years ago to -3.7 ...it was on a diff machine and while there is possibly of error there, fact remains that an xray shows i have a healed compression fracture at t-12 which I most likely did making a bed last Sept (lifting heavy mattress with my left arm and shoving heavy bedding in with my right). I had no pain when it happened, but achiness and a guarded feeling as it healed. I thought it was muscular. Late Jan I went back to my weights, overhead and deadlifts, and had zero issues or pain and had been doing that for 5 months when I got my DEXA results and they said no more than 15 pounds and only lift with my legs- and no golf. Having more tests. Body mechanics are weird!!
