@dysanchezm, I can understand that you are very worried for your father and you are worried about adding immunotherapy with axitinib (Inlyta) plus pembrolizumab (Keytruda).
I'm bringing in a few other members living with stage 4 renal cancer like @ronc531 @stparker54 @sammy15 @jimthomasintl @rtw1268 @nang and @max326 who may have experience with immunotherapy.
@dysanchezm, did you ask your dad's oncologist about the side effects and how they may affect your dad, given his health status? What are the risks of not doing treatment vs treatment?

Yes, he already told us some things, but they gave us his test results and it shows that a tumor is growing where they removed his kidney. He also has tumors in his lungs and liver. I'm so sad and worried. He's going to start treatment on March 13th, but I feel like his cancer is very aggressive 🥺. I haven't told my dad so as not to worry him.
