One thing that struck me was the 22 acres. Visited CA last year for the first time... and I was in a beautiful area. But with the size your property, it does sound like a ton of work to maintain... even for a much younger person! I presume you're getting a good deal of help.

@raebaby Love it! You are a hero. I am the caretaker of a 70 year old husband who thinks he needs a mother. Am sick of it and I filed for divorce. Life is too short to be miserable another minute.
He told me he was "tired" of me being sick and couldn't hack it anymore. Maybe he is what is making me sick....?
