Aveeno skin relief moisturising lotion is the name, by Johnson & Johnson ltd. Just had to use it again and it definitely solves fissure problems immediately. I have been using it for years but warn you a little goes a long way. You don't need to cake it on. Less messy than anything else I tried. I have chronic constipation from kidney damage and when I have a particularly bad patch I use a little extra and let it soak into the underwear for good measure. It sooths the itching immediately and I assume it heals the fissures as the problem is solved straight away, until the next time.
