@staywell: A small meningioma, not pressing into the brain, is nothing to worry about for now. It can grow, so keep track of it... or it can stay the same, or recede.

But, did you break anything when you fell? Most important is getting better from what sounds like a terrible accident!. Janelaine

@janeelaine Yes, I broke my right shoulder. It was God awful. Went to three orthopedic docs and all three said I should just let it heal and not replace. So, that's what I did and Im so thankful to God that it did heal beautifully. It took about 8 months to a year of PT for me to function normally again but I am back to normal. Let's pray the M stays the same or recedes. My husband died of a glioblastoma 7 years ago and that's my biggest fear from the radio surgery. He had gamma ray surgery about 10 years before he died for an AVM they found in his brain. The neurosurgeons believe the gamma rays caused the glioblastoma. What is the liklehood that two people living in the same house both got tumors in the brain? It makes you wonder. Docs don't have answers only try to help you live as long as you can comfortably.
