@mhughe46 I started last August. I didn't notice measurable results until October. Then, about 6 weeks ago, the symptoms returned. My rheumatologist wouldn't increase my dose past 4.5, but I was able to get AgelessRX to increase it to 6mg. I started this past Friday. I think it's starting to help. My shoes are looser. I hope you obtain good results. There's a reddit group that's very helpful for information and questions.
