Hi, I am 55 years old and recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of both knees, stage 1. From what I have read, the standard treatment of steroid injections, Hyaluronic acid injections do not help a whole lot. Maybe at the most, give someone 3 or 4 months of partial or total relief. What has been the outcome and experiences of those who have had other treatments such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections, Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSCs, Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate, Autologous Cultured Chondrocytes, Botox Injections, and Water-Cooled Radiofrequency Ablation? I am considering doing something else other than the standard treatments which do not seem to offer much hope or relief.

I did the PRP and it really worked for me. Steroids kill off your stem cells. I then followed up with stem cells. Very satisfied with PRP

@scsm I have been wondering the same thing because I just had a knee replacement on my right knee and don't want to go that route on my left. It's been a nightmare.
