I don't have pain with my neuropathy just the numbness. When I first started looking for alternative treatments back in 2016 I tried an expensive TENS unit specifically for neuropathy and it did zip to help my numbness but others with pain may have a better experience with them. NeuroGo appears to be just another expensive TENS unit targeting people with neuropathy. While you wait for members who have tried NeuroGo specifically to respond, you might want to read the experiences from many other members with neuropathy using a TENS unit. @johnbishop Thank you, John. I'm told that NeuroGo is not a TENS but a NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation). Hopefully we shall see reports from users of NeuroGo to determine if it a valid alternative or one of the many!
