@survivor5280 I think we're on similar trajectories...but my surgery is like 90 days away. Hope your surgery went well and recovery isn't too difficult. I'm also an over-prepper...think it gives a small sense of control in a situation you have no control over.

Any different advice now that you've had the surgery?

Also, had not heard of taking 3g of L Citrulline daily. Was that your own doing or did the penile therapist suggest that?
