@katnewton I had a Xanax dependency. The way I got off of it was switching to Valium and then tapering off of it. It worked with little discomfort.

@david707 thank you for the good news. That gives me hope. Did you do a slow taper off of Valium ? 1 or 2 mg a month ? Thank you.

@david707 Wow, that’s great. I want to get off Klonopin, and some other medications slowly. I’ve been able to drop from 2mg of Klonopin to a .5mg. I want to take the exact same CBD oil you took. Can I ask how long you were on Xanax before you switched to Valium and how long was your detox?
