Cramping at main scar 15 months post robotic prostatectomy

Started experiencing cramps and a lump at the belly button scar of my robotic prostatectomy, which I had about 15 months ago. If I lay down I can rub out the cramp and lump. Has anyone experienced this? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Thanks to all that have replied. Great information. I will be following up with my physician and once I get an actual diagnosis, will post that for anyone's future reference.

I met with my PCP. Appears to be an incisions hernia. Referred me to a Surgeon specializing in hernia repair. Thanks again to all for thoughts and sharing your similar experiences.
