My primary doctor and nephrologist urged me to take Vitamin D3, but not too much. I was also told to take fish oil to get my trigylcerides in the normal range. I don't take any other items. Again, this is what I need, others may not need them.

Yup, everybody is unique. My dr also has me taking vit D, and is ok w my COQ10 and antidepressant.

@gwladj76 thanks for responding. I've taken supplements most all my life. I'm 67. It would be a relief to not have to need to take so many and less costly too! Thanks for all your input! Donna
