@randallshields56 understood as to going thru stuff that is tuff. like right now am going thru withdrawals on one medication that i dropped. it could have more issues down the line but for now i am just being cautious to symptoms and paying more attention to my body alarms if that makes sense. yesterday i pushed it a little hard but slept good. so for now going to check messages and try to figure the day a little better.
