@linh I have postnasal drip I feel like my mucus go down to my throat ,for now ENT presc8 fluticasone propionate spray twice but I think something help and need some who know to help me with that too

I have postnasal drip and cough from Covid, but even more recently from a two-week upper respiratory virus. After going through bags of cough drops, my son suggested this: put 2-3 drops of peppermint oil under your tongue; add some water, then swish and spit it. It helps for several hours.
