How do you tell if you should take it? I've had 3 Nephrologists since CKD began over 10 years ago - all refused to discuss the drug with me. How do I tell??

Hi, Have your kidney function checked before starting the meds, then have it checked 3 months later and that will show if there is any change. As for physical side effects you will know if you experience any.
