Another thought - which nebulizer are you using? With my old machine, I put a flexible tube on the outlet side to make the varpor come out farther away from my face. With my new one, the Pari eFlow Rapid, it is finished so quickly it doesn't bother me.

Ha! Photo oh no no. I am using the pari sprint and the steam comes out the top side close to face. Not sure what you mean by flexible tube on the outlet side. I have an eFlow but would need to order the correct nebulizer to go with it. However I feel I need a slower process to get up the amount of mucus I have and I use two vial of saline in the morning nebs.
