1) ask if lung nodules are in a place where biopsy could be obtained
2) ask if SBRT or proton therapy can be a therapy based on their location
3)CA19-9 is affected by many things. Look at the trend
4) ask for Signatera test if you have tumor samples from the surgery.

Thank you for your suggestions. We saw the Dr yesterday, and the lung nodules and a new Lymph node activity from PET are too small to biopsy yet. However, dr is requesting further analysis of last CT and PET for comparison of lung nodules size and positions between the two.
