I'm considering a half dose of reclast if I stop prolia in May. Can you share what your endocrinologist said about checking the effectiveness of that half dose in stopping bone loss after evenity. I recognize that my path would be different but it would still be helpful to know. Thanks.

@gravity3 The endocrinologist and the rheumatologist agreed that it would be fine. There is actually some research that agrees that a smaller dose can be as effective as the 5 mg dose. I As you know, after stopping Prolia you must do something as the bone gets worse fairly quickly after stopping Prolia. Last night I felt fine, but at 1 am I woke up in misery with joint pain, and almost passed out when I got up. My blood pressure was extremely low. Better now, but I still feel puny. I hope that you can find something to help. Normally you have a bone density after stopping Prolia and then 6 most or a year after the Reclast infusion.
