How did you find a doctor that treats PPPD? I have had it for 6 years and can no longer walk except with the aid of a rollator.

Treatment is very vague. I was diagnosed after two years by an ENT who then referred me to vestibular therapy. It didn't help much, but the steady coach on YouTube has offered the most helpful guidance. Try it! The options ate few and meds are not an option for me.

An ENT diagnosed me but referred me to vestibular therapy, which hasn't helped a whole lot. Doctors aren't sure how to treat pppd(no effective meds and treatments) so they refer you to therapy. It is frustrating and I find the best treatments are online, like the Steady Coach or Veda on you tube. You need to be your own advocate.
